How do I know if my order went through?

What is the difference in "Select", "Deluxe", and "Premium" Pricing Options?

Each tier level increases the lushness and abundance of premium floral varieties in your selected bouquet.

Select - Our Select pricing tier introduces premium floral varieties in your bouquet's color palette.  Select variations may be slightly smaller in overall dimensions.  This is a popular price tier for everyday occasions, as well as celebrating business clients and team-members.

Deluxe - Our most popular pricing tier is a sweet spot for many of our customers, featuring a great balance of additional premium floral varieties and size for a more lush experience.  

Premium - A Luxurious experience!  Our famous premium tier features 100% exotic & premium floral varieties in gorgeous abundance.  Additionally, many of our premium tier designs feature upgraded containers, seasonal accents and artistic embellishments which add to their mystique and uniqueness.  Don't miss out on this wonderful floral experience!   

Will my flower arrangement look exactly as pictured online?

We try our best to create an arrangement that resembles the picture as closely as possible. However, we use only the freshest flowers available so exact varieties/colors may vary. We always keep the same look/feel of the arrangement selected.

When you are placing your order our system will look up business address for you.

Where can I get the addresses and phone numbers of funeral homes?

When you are placing your order our system will look up business address for you.

Can I send balloons to a hospital?

Yes, however, only mylar balloons. Latex balloons are not allowed in hospitals due to latex allergies. We offer mylar balloon bouquets or mylar balloons as add on items to products. Additionally, we offer candy and stuffed animals as add on items.

Is there any special information needed to deliver an arrangement to a hospital?

For hospital deliveries, please make sure to include the full name of the recipient, hospital and room number or ward (if possible). Your arrangement will be delivered to the floor nurse's station, directly to the room, or hospital transport per hospital policy. As a service we check with the hospital to verify room number. If the patient has been discharged we will arrange delivery to their home address.

Is tax included in the price of the arrangement?

Tax is additional. Products are taxed. Service/delivery is not taxed. If you are tax-exempt please contact us with your information. We are able to make your online account tax-exempt.
