Floral Design Day is Wednesday, February 28th. Here at our Atlanta flower shop, we plan on celebrating our incredible floral design team. Take out the flowers! Flower Design Day is all about appreciating floral design as a unique and creative art form. Each year, this celebratory day occurs on February 28th. This special day began as a way to celebrate the birthday of Carl Rittner. He is the founder of the Rittner School of Floral Design in Boston. The Governor of Massachusetts William F.
