Take out the flowers! Flower Design Day is all about appreciating floral design as a unique and creative art form. Each year, this celebratory day occurs on February 28th.
This special day began as a way to celebrate the birthday of Carl Rittner. He is the founder of the Rittner School of Floral Design in Boston. The Governor of Massachusetts William F. Weld proclaimed Floral Design Day in 1995.
Now, it’s an excuse for florists, floral designers, and flower shops everywhere to focus on creativity and imagination, making spectacular real, dried, or fake floral designs for any and all occasions.
And, that’s exactly what we are doing here at our Atlanta flower shop with more floral design options and availability to work with our floral designers on custom bouquets and custom flower arrangements. They are also available to help with wedding flowers and event flowers.
