Designers from Carithers Flowers were selected to contribute their professional floral design skills to the Callanwolde Christmas Showcase Home in Atlanta. The lavishly decorated mansion which now houses the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, a non-profit community arts center, was transformed into a Christmas wonderland by Atlanta’s top interior and floral design professionals. Period furniture, objects d’ art, twinkling lights, elaborate floral displays, garlands of greenery, and themed trees filled the rooms of the grand mansion, once owned by the legendary Candler family (founders of the Coca-Cola Company). Visitors were able to tour the historic Gothic-Tudor style mansion and glimpse the magic of a “Roaring ‘20s Christmas” during Christmas at Callanwolde, an annual event held the first two weeks of December.
