Shipping Conditions If FedEx attempts to deliver on Saturday and no one is there to receive the package or if the business is closed, they will redeliver on the next business day.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped overnight or 2nd day air, plus an additional charge $10.00 service fee per box. It takes 1 extra day to arrive so 2nd day air will take 3 business days and overnight will take 2 business days. There is no Saturday delivery for Hawaii.
Re-routed Packages and Wrong Addresses
A $15.00 fee will be assessed to each rerouted package or incorrect address. Incorrect address information may also result in delay of package receipt. If we find that it was our fault in sending to the wrong address, we will not pass the charge on to you.
We do not ship internationally or to Canada at all due to stricter customs regulations and extremely high costs. This includes shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. If you must have the item shipped overseas, you may want to consider having the item shipped to your address and you can forward it on to its final destination.
Other Important Notes
Make sure your recipient will be home to receive the item. FedEx will not usually leave a package at the doorstep, especially if a signature is required. If the recipient is not home, FedEx will re-attempt delivery on the next business day at no additional charge when possible.
Gift Items Shipped Directly
Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Gifts delivered via shipping services will be sent the day ordered if placed by 12:00 noon (EST). Orders received after 12:00 noon (EST) or received on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

If you are missing the specific address of public locations such as hospitals, medical centers, or funeral homes simply type: “Look Up” in the address field and our staff will complete the order for you.
Due to the popularity of the gift you have selected, we would like the opportunity for a second gift option on your behalf. In the event that your gift is no longer available, we will substitute with a Seasonal Arrangement. This will ensure your gift is not delayed
