To place an order online, make your selection and proceed to the Payment Information page. On the order form at the Payment Method field, select the "GIFT CARD" tab and follow these steps:

  1. Enter your Gift Card number in the Card Number field
  2. Click Apply To Order
  3. Enter your PIN number in the appropriate field
  4. Click Apply To Order
  5. Continue the Checkout Process
